committed to the company’s vision, this team is made up of individuals—85% of 

whom are from the local community—who bring both technical expertise and an

intimate understanding of the region’s socio-economic context. Their dedication has

enabled the mine to achieve significant production milestones, with more than 4 

million tonnes of coal delivered to date to a client base that includes several key 

entities in the national energy supply ecosystem.
